Refund policy
Due to the nature of the items we sell, the integrity of our products is our number one priority. For us to maintain that integrity we unfortunately do not accept returns of trading card items.
All of our sealed trading card items come from our network of wholesale distributors.

Damages and issues
All of our products are brand new/factory sealed. Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and does not qualify for a replacement.
Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the manufacturer of that specific item.
If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us at our email provided above. We insure every package with a value of $100 and up.
When reaching out please include the following items.
- Pictures of the package condition, please include the shipping label in these pictures.
- Pictures of the contents of the package how they were packaged, please include all shipping materials that are use to help ensure a safe transit.
- Your order number, please put this in the subject of the e-mail to help speed along the process.
- Your preferred resolution to the damaged order.
Please note if we are able to replace the items we will. But we do sell out of items, and may not be able to offer a direct replacement.
Pre-orders
Our Pre-Order policy is as follows.
- We use our Pre-Order numbers to know how many items to order from our distributors. Due to this we do not offer refunds for Pre-Order items.
- Expected release dates can change at any time, we have no control over delays from manufacturers. If an item is delayed we will ship it as soon as we receive it in.
- We understand emergencies can and do happen, at our discretion we will sometimes make a one-time exception and refund pre-orders. If a pre-order is canceled, we do charge a 10% cancellation fee. For example if your pre-order is $100, we will credit back $90. Requests to cancel pre-orders are up to our sole discretion and we reserve the right to not approve this at any time.
